Mr. Snead has owned the dealership since 1991. His experience includes working at Jim Price Chevrolet from 1973-1979 and Paul Freed Ford from 1986-1991. He is married to Vicki Snead and has two sons, Bud and Hatcher. Mr. Snead attended VMI, Emory & Henry College, and the University of Virginia. He enjoys fishing and bird hunting.

Billy Reid returned to Jim Snead Ford as the General Sales Manager in 2011. His previous experience includes time at Jim Snead Ford and Battlefield Ford.
